Our Values
Benevolence is the core of this company. We are a for-profit purpose-driven business partnering with non-profit organizations to give back to impoverished communities worldwide. Our triple corporate social responsibilities are employing low-income women in West Africa to put them in a financially stable situation, supporting victims of domestic violence through partnerships and donations, and donating towards global poverty relief through Project 1 Million. Anyone working on our team must be passionate about philanthropy and serving their community.
Fashion is the medium in which we address social issues and serve our project goals. It is important to us to make clothing the ethical way so that we are proud of what our products go towards and proud of how they are made. By partnering with Nonnistics Fashion, we are confident that they are as passionate about doing their best to maintain high-quality clothing while ensuring an ethical standard is met in the clothing production as we are.
Community is an essential part of our business model. Rather than seeing people as customers, we approach sales from a relationship-building standpoint. We are doing our best to make all the people who purchase from us passionate about the project mission and create valuable connections. We welcome anyone who identifies as a fashionable champion for change and finds numerous avenues to be collaborative with our community and resourceful to our community.

A great team is measured by how well they communicate with one another. We put a large amount of importance on thorough and consistent communication. We do our best to attend to dire tasks and implement community feedback by making weekly assessments. Our mindset is to focus on resolving issues and learning from mistakes. We win as a team!
