Returns and Exchanges Information
How do I make a return?
- To begin the return process, click go to our return portal page.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your return.
For the United States returns ONLY
- Please mail your package to our Return Center: 808288 DIVINEITY GIRL, 2045 NIAGARA FALLS BLVD STE 4, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304-1675
For all Other returns, please mail your package to:

All returned items MUST be in their ORIGINAL STATE and will be inspected upon receipt.
How many days do I have to make a return?
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. If we receive your return request after 30 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return.
Can I get my money back?
- We do not offer refunds, unfortunately. Only store credit will be issued.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.
What items are returnable?
- Most clothing and accessories (except earrings and necklaces) are returnable within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Shipping Fees
- We do not provide free return shipping labels. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
- For all returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
***Refused deliveries by customers at the time of delivery or returned packages due to an “undeliverables” address will be assessed a handling fee which will be deducted from any store credit if requested.***
Exchange
We cannot guarantee the items you want will still be available by the time your returned items are received and processed. We can only offer an exchange if the item is still available or issue a store credit discount equivalent to your total amount (minus shipping cost) once your return is received and approved. You’ll be able to use this toward another order.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
- Return processing time is usually 7 business days but could be longer during peak seasons.
- Please allow 7 business days to process your return and issue the store credit. Store credit never expires.
- Sale/Clearance items
- Only store credit will be issued.
Price Changes
Please note that prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices may change according to demand, inventory, and promotions. We are not able to refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
