Shipping & Delivery Information
- We offer local delivery in the following area in the Edmonton Area.
- Please allow processing of 3 business days to 3 weeks from purchase for orders to be shipped. These will be notes based on the specific products you are ordering.
- ‘PRE-ORDER’ items have longer processing times, usually about 4 weeks but may vary slightly depending on items.
- Please note that order processing times may be longer during sale events and holidays.
- Rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.
- Shipment via DHL will automatically have a signature.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we do not provide return shipping labels.

The route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken/damaged during shipment, or stolen. By deselecting shipping protection, PROJECT 1 MILLION is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Please note that some countries may impose duties and taxes on shipments crossing international borders. The fees vary between countries and we have no control over them. Customers will be responsible for those charges.
Order not delivered
- We aim at delivering orders within the estimated time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.
- We will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend shipping with a signature.
- If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days or contact the shipping company.
- If after contacting the shipping company, you still need assistance with your order, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line and we will gladly assist you.
- If you received a defective/missing/wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at email@example.com
- We ensure that all items are packaged properly to avoid damages during shipment.

Refused deliveries & Undeliverables addresses
- Refused deliveries by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “undeliverables” or “incomplete” address will be assessed as a handling fee.
